Order changes and cancellations

You can change your order before it is fulfilled, using the confirmation page after checkout or the "view order" link in your confirmation email.

Cancellation requests are handled manually, in the order they are received. A $5.00 cancellation fee applies and Shipping Protection is non-refundable. Your order may ship before we are able to process a cancellation.
