Order Modifications & Cancellations

Need to make changes to your order? You can modify your order before it is fulfilled using the 'Thank You' page of your order confirmation or the 'view order' link in your confirmation email.

If you need to cancel your order, please note that cancellation requests are handled manually by our small team, in the order they are received. A $5.00 cancellation fee applies, and Shipping Protection is non-refundable. Please be aware that your order may ship before we are able to process your cancellation request.
