Refund policy

MOGSki pieces are made in small batches from natural materials. Please read this policy before ordering.

EXCHANGES

Unworn items may be exchanged for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery. One exchange per order, on eligible domestic orders only.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and in their original resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns because a style did not appeal. Each piece is made in a small batch from a specific hide, and we are not able to resell a returned item as new.

If you are unsure about size or fit, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.

QUALITY ISSUES

If a piece has a defect in materials, stitching or construction, contact us within 3 months of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund it, at our discretion and at no cost to you.

This covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or the natural characteristics of the material described on the product page.

NATURAL VARIATION IS NOT A DEFECT

Every hide differs in colour, pattern and texture. The piece you receive will not match the photographed sample exactly. This is described on each product page and is not grounds for a return.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE OR REPORT A DEFECT

Email support@mogski.com with your order number and photographs.

Return shipping for exchanges is arranged and paid by the customer, and must be sent by a tracked service - we cannot accept untracked mail. Shipping costs for confirmed defects are covered by MOGSki.
