Returns & Exchanges

Each MOGSki boot is handcrafted to the highest standard. Should your experience fall short of that promise, we offer one complimentary exchange on eligible domestic orders. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a request.

01 Eligibility for Return

What Qualifies

To be accepted for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions. Requests that do not comply may be declined at our discretion.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original resalable condition.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included.
Quality-related requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items showing personal damage, staining, or misuse are not eligible.

International Orders — All international purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, without exception.

02 How to Initiate a Return

Step by Step

01 Contact our client services team Email us at support@mogski.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs where applicable.
02 Package your item carefully Use the original MOGSki packaging wherever possible. If unavailable, please use sturdy alternative packaging to protect the product during transit.
03 Ship with a tracked courier We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking. Returns sent via untracked regular mail will not be accepted.
04 Include your details Please enclose your full name, phone number, return reason, and any supporting documents inside your package.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days of receiving your item.

Every pair of MOGSki boots is backed by our craftsmanship warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues within the periods outlined below.

Structural Integrity

Glue & Construction

Any peeling, cracking, or separation occurring as a result of a manufacturing defect will be addressed at no cost to you.

Within 7 days of purchase
Fit & Colour

Size & Colour Exchange

Unworn items may be exchanged for a different size or colour within the eligible window, subject to availability.

Within 30 days of purchase
Natural Materials

Leather & Hide Guarantee

Our natural leather and hide products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects under normal conditions of wear.

Up to 3 months

Please note — Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage resulting from improper care, excessive wear, or misuse falls outside the scope of this guarantee. We recommend reviewing our Care Instructions for guidance on maintaining your boots.

04 Exchanges

Complimentary Exchange

MOGSki offers one complimentary exchange on eligible domestic orders. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact our client services team within 30 days of receiving your order.

One exchange per order, on eligible domestic purchases only.
Item must be unworn and returned in original condition and packaging.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.
International orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
