Every MOGSki boot is handcrafted to order — a process that cannot be rushed. We ship complimentary on all US orders over $300. Below you will find everything you need to know about how your order travels from our artisans to your door.

01 Complimentary Shipping
MOGSki packaging

United States

Standard shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders over $300. For orders below this threshold, flat-rate shipping is available at checkout.

Expedited and priority shipping options are also available should you require a more precise delivery window.

Priority Shipping 3–5 business days
Express Shipping 1–3 business days

Shipping Protection — We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout. MOGSki is unable to assist with lost, damaged, or stolen packages on unprotected orders.

02 Processing Times

Handcrafted to Order

Because each pair is made entirely by hand, your order requires time before it is ready to ship. The following processing times reflect the period between your purchase and dispatch.

Standard Processing 2–5 business days
Priority Processing 2–3 business days
Express Processing 1–2 business days

Pre-Order Notice — MOGSki accepts pre-orders for select handcrafted styles. From order placement through customization and delivery, please allow 4–8 weeks. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all pieces will ship together once your complete order is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

03 International Delivery
International shipping

Worldwide

MOGSki ships internationally to most destinations. All applicable duties and customs fees are calculated and displayed transparently at checkout so there are no surprises upon arrival.

04 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may follow your shipment's journey at any time using the carrier's tracking portal.
