Every MOGSki piece is handcrafted in small batches. We ship complimentary on all US orders over $300. Below you will find everything you need to know about how your order travels from our artisans to your door.
United States
Standard shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders over $300. For orders below this threshold, flat-rate shipping is available at checkout.
Expedited and priority options are also available should you require a more precise delivery window. Transit times below are the carrier's estimates, shown from dispatch.

Shipping Protection — where shipping protection is offered at checkout, we recommend adding it. MOGSki is unable to assist with lost, damaged, or stolen packages on unprotected orders.
Before Dispatch
In-stock pieces are dispatched within two business days of your order. The times below reflect the period between your purchase and dispatch, not the time in transit.

Made to order — where a size or style is not in stock, it is made to order. Please allow 4–8 weeks unless we quote you a different timeline when your order is confirmed. If your order contains both made-to-order and in-stock items, all pieces ship together once the complete order is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Worldwide
MOGSki ships internationally to most destinations. Duties and customs fees are calculated and displayed at checkout where available.

Please note — MOGSki is not responsible for duties, taxes, or delays incurred due to customs clearance. All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are uncertain about import rules for natural hide or fur in your country, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Stay Informed
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may follow your shipment's journey at any time using the carrier's tracking portal.
